Welcome to the QuestionPoint Training For Librarians!
The librarian training in QuestionPoint will be on Friday, 15 December 2006.
The training has two parts:

E-mail reference – how to receive, reply to, and use e-mail questions from patrons
-
Chat and follow-up – how to receive a chat request, use chat and co-browse web sites with patron, and how to follow-up to the chat session through e-mail reference.
This agenda introduces what we will cover in the training. Also, please read the pre-session materials listed below. Those items will also help you in using QuestionPoint after our training.
